Jill Ellner, D.D.S., President

Dr. Jill Ellner is a general dentist and graduate of Creighton University School of Dentistry.  Serving as a Member-At-Large, Governor Laura Kelly appointed Dr. Ellner to her first term on the Kansas Dental Board.  Her term expires on April 30, 2025.

Rita Burnett, D.D.S., Vice-President

Dr. Rita Burnett is a general dentist and graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City Dental School.  Serving from the Third Congressional District (Kansas City), Governor Laura Kelly appointed Dr. Burnett to her first term on the Kansas Dental Board.  Her term expires on April 30, 2025.

Rachael Wiebe, R.D.H., Secretary

Rachael Wiebe is a dental hygienist and graduate of the Wichita State University Dental Hygiene School.  Serving as a dental hygienist member, Governor Laura Kelly appointed Ms. Wiebe to her first term on the Kansas Dental Board.  Her term expires on April 30, 2024.

Lacey Randa, D.D.S.

Dr. Lacey Randa is a general dentist and graduate of the University of Iowa Dental School.  Serving from the First Congressional District (The Big First), Governor Laura Kelly appointed Dr. Randa to her second term on the Kansas Dental Board.  Her term expires on April 30, 2028.

Dr. Jonas Lichty is an oral surgeon and graduate of the University of Nebraska School of Dentistry.  Serving as a Member-At-Large, Governor Laura Kelly appointed Dr. Lichty to his first term on the Kansas Dental Board.  His term expires on April 30, 2026.

Maya Nunley, D.D.S.

Dr. Maya Nunley is a general dentist and graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City Dental School.  Serving from the Fourth Congressional District (Wichita), Governor Laura Kelly appointed Dr. Nunley to her second term on the Kansas Dental Board.  Her term expires on April 30, 2027.

M. Sean McReynolds, D.D.S.

Dr. M. Sean McReynolds is a general dentist and graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City Dental School.  Serving from the Second Congressional District (Topeka), Governor Laura Kelly appointed Dr. McReynolds to his first term on the Kansas Dental Board.  His term expires on April 30, 2028.

Davette McCoy, R.D.H.

Davette McCoy is a dental hygienist and graduate of the Wichita State University Dental Hygiene School.  Serving as a dental hygienist member, Governor Laura Kelly appointed Ms. McCoy to her first term on the Kansas Dental Board.  Her term expires on April 30, 2026.
